Useful Delivery Information

For all of our deliveries we use only ParcelForce. We can offer Standard 48 Hour, 24 Hour and Saturday Delivery options. Prices for all of these delivery options are listed below and are available on the website when paying for your order. All delivery options are Postcode dependant. ParcelForce work around 3 Zones for their UK deliveries - Zone 1 includes England, Wales and Scotland - Zone 2 includes Scottish Highlands and Islands - Zone 3 includes Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man.

Order Cut Off Time

We try to make sure that all orders are despatched on the same day as they are placed. Orders which are placed after 3pm will be despatched the following business day. For example, if an order is received at 4.30pm on Friday, it will be despatched the following Monday.


What Do I Do If My Goods Are Damaged?

We take as much care as possible packaging your items to ensure that they reach you in excellent condition, but this cannot always be guaranteed. If, for any reason, your items reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, then please do the following:


  • Refuse the delivery on the grounds that it is damaged
  • Inform us straight away so that we can arrange for replacements to be despatched
  • Call us on 0121 377 6005. Have your Order/Invoice handy when you call
  • If someone else signed for the delivery inform us ASAP of the damage
  • Take photographs of the damage so we can make a claim against the courier
  • If you wish to arrange your own courier return, send to the address below

When you have informed us of the damaged item(s) we will cross reference this with your order and have replacements sent out to you Free Of Charge. We will also arrange for the damamged item(s) to be picked up from you and returned to us, unless you have used your own courier.


What Happens If My Order Is Delayed Or Lost?

If your order has been delayed then please inform us and we will work with the courier to try to rectify the problem and get your order to you as soon as possible. If your order has been lost, and the courier admits to us that they cannot track your order, we will send out your order again Free Of Charge on the same courier service which was stated on the original order. We will then make a claim against the courier to recover the cost of the item(s).
