If you have a question or query then it's a good idea to start here first. If you can't find what you are looking for, however, then just give us a call or send and email with your question or query.


So How Do I Order?

How To Order

Ordering is easy. You can order online using the website or, alternatively, you can call us up with your order and pay over the phone. If you are quite close to us, or are in the area, you can always stop off, order in-house and take your goods away with you.


Order Cut Off Time

We usually like to clear any outstanding or new orders for despatch by 3pm. ParcelForce collects not too long after that time so it's in our interest, and yours, to keep to that alloted cut off time.


Our Prices

All of our prices are very competitive with other sellers in the market place. We review our prices on a monthly basis and try to keep them as low as we possibly can, but there will be certain situations which will effect our pricing structure from time to time, such as material cost increases or courier cost increases. Unfortunately, we can't alter this. All of prices exclude VAT at it's present rate.


So Who Do We Mainly Sell To?

Anybody can buy from us, there's no restriction at all. Our main customers usually consist of Material Re-sellers, Sign Making Companies and Vehicle Decal and Wrapping Specialists.


How Can I Pay For My Items?

There are a number of different ways to pay for your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, paypal payments and, of course, cash (that's if you are dropping in to pay and pick up your order). We can also take credit and debit card payments over the phone. Our Payment Gateway is through WorldPay, which is recognised all over the world, and is safe and secure.


Do I Qualify For Any Type Of Discounts?

Occasionally we will place discounted material on the site but this is rare. We carefully price our products to be as competitive as possible so discounts aren't really needed. You're getting a great deal every time you buy.


Fraudulent Orders

We know that security and privacy is really important to you as well as it is to us. We take special care to try to ensure that any fraudulent orders are not despatched and are dealt with in the correct manner. Including as much information when you order from our website makes these checks much quicker and enables orders to be despatched quickly. If we do find that an order is fraudulent in any way, all information included in that order will be passed on to the relevent authorities for further investigation and, possibly, prosecution.


Do You Offer Credit?

This is something which we do not do. Some of our major accounts will obviously have differing levels of credit. This is built up over a period of time when trust is gained and account management is reliable with regular payments according to statements. Credit is not offered to individuals at all.


Returns and Order Errors

Returns

We don't live in a perfect world and things can sometimes go wrong. It's how the errors are fixed that makes the difference. If you want to return your item(s) or if there has been an error in the assembly of your order then there are a few things that you should know.


If It's Our Mistake

If we have made an error with your order we will be more than happy to arrange that the correct item(s) are despatched to you with no courier charge. We will also arrange for the incorrect item(s) to be picked up by the courier and returned to us. That's our promise to you.


What If My Order Is Damamged, Delayed Or Lost In Transit?

There is a full explanation on the Delivery Info page regarding what you should do if your order is damaged, delayed or lost in transit. If you have any further questions or queries then please give us a call or drop us an email and we'll be happy to try and give you an answer.


If It's Your Mistake

If your order is delivered to you and you realise that you have made a mistake and wish to return an item or items then there are a few things to keep in mind. First of all you will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. This covers fees which credit or debit card companies will charge us as well as Paypal, if that is how you have paid. We also need to re-pack the item and make sure it is in the same condition it was in when it left our warehouse. Secondly, you are responsible for carriage charges to return the item(s) back to us. Last of all, the item(s) must be packed securely to ensure that they reach us in the condition which they left our warehouse in. Any item(s) returned to us which are damaged will not be accepted by goods inwards and will be turned away. Easy-Vinyl will not accept any claims for carriage or compensation.


Stock Maintenance

Stock Levels

Stock levels are checked regularly and updated through our shopping cart software which holds our stock lists. We try to keep these lists as current as possible. If there is a situation where you cannot order an item because of it being out of stock, we will call you immediately to let you know. We will also tell you when the item will be expected to be back in stock. If we can offer you an alternative we will try to do so.


Can I Cancel My Order If It Isn't In Stock?

If any items on your order are out of stock and the expected delivery date of the item(s) isn't suitable then you can cancel your order without any charges at all. Your money will be refunded.

We always welcome feedback from our customers, good or bad. If you've had a great experience buying from us and our products were of excellent quality, then please let us know. Just the same, if you've had a bad experience then please tell us. We are here to help sort out any queries or problems, whether they are with our products or our service. All we ask is that if you are not satisfied with any element of buying from us then, please, give us a chance to help sort out the problem.


Our Privacy Policy

At Easy-Vinyl we know how important your information is and we value the fact that it should be kept private. At no point or under any circumstance will any of the information you share with us be distributed to any other parties. Your sales records, addresses, payment details and names are never shared.


Abusive Customers

It is important for you to realise that we do not and will not tolerate any form of abuse towards any of our staff under any circumstances. We feel that any problem can be, and should be, resolved as resposible adults. Any form of abuse, especially rascist abuse, will be reported to the relevent authorities and your information will be provided to them if they wish to take matters further.


Our Website And Its Contents

We have put alot of work into the design and content of our website. We do not appreciate anyone using any of our images or text content for their own reasons. Our logo and our photographs are copyrighted and we will enforce this copyright if we find any content of this website being used for purposes not our own.
